Dairy-Free Mint Chocolate Patty





I found this recipe, and made it to a T. And I didn't like it. It was WAY too much chocolate, and that's coming from a chocolate lover. So I made some changes to make it to my liking loving

The recipe is basically the same, but this is what I did differently:
1. Most importantly, used MINI muffin tins!
2. Instead of letting the chocolate harden in separate patties, I poured a layer of chocolate, then put the filling in, and then topped it to cover while everything was hot. After, I put the tray in the fridge. This way, everything stays contained inside the chocolate and you don't have flakes falling out as you try to bite your dessert!
