Ry has been studying for one of his licensing exams all day, so it was a quiet Saturday at home for me and the perfect chance to try a new recipe: pasta with butternut squash sauce. I wish I could say the sauce was homemade, but the credit goes to Dave's Gourmet and
Wegmans :)
We added mushrooms to give it a little bulkiness and depth.
Mmmmmm... I love fall roasted vegetables
