On my way home from training today, a man pulled up next to me at a red light and asked me to roll my window down. If you knew my drive home from work, you'd be hesitant, too! But he started talking regardless, and once I realized what he was saying, I rolled it down further. He was telling me my tail light was out. Something I've known for... well, probably over a month! Oops!
I don't know why. Laziness? Waiting for Ryan to have time to do it? My father-in-law even offered. Well, today I decided that this chick was gonna fix it.
I watched a THREE MINUTE YouTube video and felt like it was already done. It looked so easy. Drove to PepBoys and was helped by a female manager. She asked me if I wanted to take the lights home or if I wanted the car serviced. Take them home was my response with bravado.
I was out the door, in the store, and back home in about 10 minutes. Replacing the bulb was just as fast. In under half an hour total, I had fixed my car light!
Best part is, it was all while I was waiting for these scrumptious treats to cool off from coming out of the oven.
