My sister was home last weekend from Florida, so we did a small family get-together for her 30th birthday, which was in June. My dad is the oldest of four boys. I love when the whole family gets together!
I had bought these flowers to add color to our living room a few months ago. Then last week decided that they went better in the powder room, which has been left pretty bare since we moved in. I bought floral wire and simply tied all the stems together. No cutting, gluing or anything besides twisting.
Ryan's birthday was Sunday. He took a break from setting up for his family party with a ride in this beauty! His parents bought him a chiminea and I can see us getting a lot of use out of it this summer.
Summer break has been great so far. A lot of productivity mixed with sufficient lounging and down time. Loving the glass water bottle Ryan got me for my birthday! I've also been drawn to blue for the past couple of months when we've been sprucing the house up. Hmmm... wonder if that's a sign??
